SOPHOMORE (2020-21): Competed in just three tournaments in 2021 but made the most of them… his best round and finish came when it mattered the most, at the 2021 Big Sky Conference Championship when he shot an even par 72 in the second round… he would go on to tie for 27th at the Championship… averaged 77.67 per round on the year

SOPHOMORE (2019-20): Competed in three tournaments on the year… best finish came at the Ron Moore Invitational when he finished 42nd overall at 11-over… shot a season-low 74 twice… averaged 77.78 per round on the year

FRESHMAN (2018-19): Appeared in four tournaments...named Big Sky Golfer of the Week (March 20)...earned weekly award after tying for 11th at Grand Canyon Invitational (March 15-16)...shot 4-under (209) for the tournament, including a 2-under second round and season-best 4-under 67 in the final round...made collegiate debut at The Farms Invitational (Feb. 11-12)...also competed at Redhawk Invitational (April 1-2)...scoring average was 76.8.
PRIOR TO IDAHO: Four-year letterwinner at Baukley Valley Christian High School…back-to-back British Columbia High School Provincial Champion as a sophomore and junior…three-time member of Team British Columbia, representing B.C. at the Canadian Junior Boys’ Championship, the Eddie Hogan and Junior Americas Cup matches…2017 Northern Open champion, making him the youngest champion in tournament history…took third at the 2018 B.C. Junior Amateur, shooting rounds of 69-69-72-71...hobbies include exploring the outdoors and playing hockey…son of Tim and Cathy Veenstra…two siblings, older brother Adam and younger sister Jenna.
