Nigel Joseph joins the Vandals as a volunteer assistant coach for the 2017 season. Joseph makes his way to Moscow after a stellar career at Colorado State University and will help the Vandals in sprints and jumps.
Best known for his versatility, Joseph amassed eight All-Mountain West honors in the sprints and hurdles and qualified for the NCAA Championships three times. Competing for Team Canada, Joseph is a four-time Canadian Sr. National medalist and competed for Canada at the 2009 Francophone
His passion for track continued after graduating from CSU and lead him to technical coaching, sprint/running research, apparel/footwear design and athlete development. Joseph is currently pursuing his masters’ degree in Apparel Design Merchandising Textiles.
