2009-10: Helsham played in 26 games and made four starts in her freshman campaign...played 22 minutes in her first career start on Nov. 27 against Baylor...averaged 2.5 points, 1.1 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game...scored a career-high 11 points on Feb. 24 against San Jose State...scored nine points on 3-of-4 shooting against Portland on Dec. 11 and again on March 12 against Fresno State in the WAC semi-finals...collected a career-high three rebounds on three occasions...had a career-high four assists on Dec. 13 against Montana...hit 12-of-19 free throws on the season.

High School: Helsham was a four-time first-team all-conference performer for 'Aiea High School and a three-time first-team all-Red Conference Western Division honoree...2006 White Conference West Division first-team honoree...as a senior in 2009, Helsham was the Red West Player of the Year after averaging 13.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 2.9 steals and 1.9 blocks per game...earned first-team all-state honors, was a Star Bulletin Fab 15 selection, and a earned a McDonald's All-America nomination...led the Na Ali'i to a 10-2 record in the Red Conference Western Division and helped the team advance to the state quarterfinals...recorded a triple-double as a senior with 14 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists in a win over McKinley High School...a two-time honorable mention all-state selection in 2007 and 2008.
