Biography

INTERNATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS: Ranked as high as No. 54 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings...appeared in first career LPGA event at the 2018 U.S. Women’s Open...became first Vandal (past or present) to compete at U.S. Women’s Open…fired six birdies and 15 pars in two rounds to finish 10-over (78-76)…qualified by finishing second at Seattle qualifier…competed at 2019 Augusta National Women's Amateur; 2018 U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship; 2018 Ladies’ British Open Amateur Championship; 2018 European Ladies’ Amateur Championship; 2018 World Amateur Team Championships (Germany); 2016 World Team Amateur Championships (Germany); won 2016 German Ladies Amateur Championship; finished fourth at 2015 European Ladies’ Amateur Championship.

SENIOR (2018-19): Named Big Sky Player of the Year for second consecutive year...fourth repeat Player of the Year in conference history...All-Big Sky First Team...Big Sky's first four-time first-team honoree in 11 years…appeared in all 11 tournaments…named Big Sky Women’s Golfer of the Week three times this season (Oct. 24, Mar. 13, April 10)…competed at inaugural Augusta National Women’s Amateur (April 3-6)…finished in the top 25 of all 11 events this season, including eight top-10 results and five top-five showings…tied for third in back-to-back tournaments at The Gold Rush (Feb. 25-26) and the BYU at Entrada Classic (March 11-12)...shot 3-under par (213) for a sixth-place finish at the Bryan National Collegiate (March 29-31), beating nine top-100 competitors…tied for 11th at Big Sky Championships...fired a 6-under 66 in the final round at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown (Oct. 21-23), one shot off the single-round school record which she has matched three times…shot at or under par in 16 of her 31 rounds this season...finished regular season with a career-best 72.2 scoring average, No. 2 in school history.

JUNIOR (2017-18): Big Sky Women’s Golfer of the Year…All-Big Sky First Team…won individual title at Big Sky Championships with a tournament-record 206 (10-under)…second Big Sky medalist honor of her career, leading Idaho to second conference championship in three years…matched own single-round tournament record with a 65 (7-under) in the second round…tied for 11th at the NCAA Madison Regional...shot 1-under 215, becoming the first Vandal in program history to finish under par at a regional…appeared in 11 tournaments, recording nine top-25 finishes and five top 10s, including two victories…two-time Big Sky Women’s Golfer of the Week…took home honor following a runner-up finish at the UC Irvine Invitational (Oct. 30-31) and after winning The Gold Rush (Feb. 12-13)… finished the season with a team-best single round scoring average of 72.5 and tournament average of 210.9…Big Sky Spring All-Academic.

SOPHOMORE (2016-17): Had the best round of the Big Sky Tournament to rally into a tie for second with a 67 in the final round ... was a first-team all-conference selection ... won The Gold Rush after a closing round 65 that broke the course record and tied an Idaho record ... 12-under 204 to win was a tournament record ... was honored as Big Sky Golfer of the Week for the tournament ... also had one other top 10 finish and has four top 25 outings heading into the conference tournament.  

FRESHMAN (2015-16): First team all-Big Sky Conference selection ... won Big Sky title in a playoff after tying school record with a second-round seven-under 65 ... was four-under for the championship ... made an immediate impact on the team with her work ethic and competitiveness ... earnedGolfer of the Week honors in October ... her best finish was a tie for sixth at the Fresno State Classic, while her low round was a 214 at the Las Vegas Collegiate ... she had five top-25 finishes in her first eight tournaments.

HIGH SCHOOL: Hausmann competed for the Dusseldorf club team for five years and currently has a handicap of +1.9. Last year, she second in the state ladies championship, fifth in the girls individual championship, 15th in the German Ladies championship, tied for fifth in the Scottish Juniors, and tied for ninth in the Irish Juniors. In 2013, she was the state ladies and state girls champion, and was third in the state girls in 2011 and 2012.
