Biography
2007: Edmonds debut season with the Vandals helped give fans a glimpse of good things to come for Idaho soccer. She scored her first career goal and Idaho's first goal of the season with the game-winner at Gonzaga, but didn't stop there. She finished the season with five goals to move into a ninth-place tie on the Idaho single-season list, while her two game-winners on the year rank third in Idaho soccer history. She played in all 18 games and started 11. Her five goals and 11 points ranked second on the team, while her 22 shots tied for third. Her .227 shot percentage was the best on the team.
High School/Club: Was a two-time First Team All-State honoree at South Salem High School ... Earned Valley League Offensive Player of the Year honors in both 2006 and 2007 after scoring 13 goals with 3 assists as a junior and 22 goals and 10 assists as a senior ... was also a first team all-league selection and was named All-Region Player of the Year by the Statesman Journal in both 2006 and 2007 ... was also an honor roll student ... In 10 seasons with the Cascade FC "Tempest" club at Salem, Ore., she scored over 100 goals and had 50 assists ... She was a Y League ODP Selection or the Northwest Region and was also invited to the ODP National Camp in Florida in 2006.
