Biography
SOPHOMORE (2024-2025): During her second season with the Vandals she competed in six meets and qualified for the WACC... ended 2nd place against Seattle with a time of 58.22 on the event of 100 Y Fly... she also set a new personal on this season on the event of 200 Y Fly (2:15.44)...
FRESHMAN (2023-24): Competed in 10 meets her freshman season… Posted six personal bests. Finished her first season tallying four bests at the WAC Championships: 50-yard freestyle (23.79), 50-yard butterfly (26.26), 100-yard freestyle (52.24), and 100-yard butterfly (55.88).
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed for two seasons on varsity at Eastmont High School in East Wenatchee, Washington under head coach Darcy Bruggman… broke the school record in the 50-yard freestyle… specializes in 50 free and 100 fly events…
PERSONAL: Daughter of Signe and Rick Schumaker… two siblings earned a degree from Idaho in 2021… competed for one season on the track and field team… also competed as a diver during her senior season in HS… enjoys exploring the outdoors, playing piano and painting
