Biography
JUNIOR (2024-2025): Competed in all six meets and the WACC... Placed 1st place against Northern Colorado and College of Idaho, she also placed 2nd place against Utah Tech and in 100 Y Free in the NW Collegiate Invitational... She also broke the school record on 200 Yard Free Relay (1:31.77) and was WAC champion on 400 Free Relay (3:20.34)... She was named Vandal of the Week this season as well...
SOPHOMORE (2023-24): Competed in nine meets her sophomore season… Was a part of two relay teams that broke two school records in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:21.13) and 200-yard freestyle relay (1:32.16)... Recorded fourth-fastest mark in school history in the 50 free with a time of 23.16 to finish fifth overall at the WAC Championships… Delivered four personal bests in her second season as a Vandal - 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard freestyle (50.73), 50-yard butterfly (25.84), and 100-yard butterfly (55.81)... Combined to post two first-place finishes in the 50 fly and 100 fly.
FRESHMAN (2022-23): Competed in all eight regular season meets for the Vandals as a freshman... swam in four events at the Western Athletic Conference Championships in Pharr, Texas... posted three personal best times in the 50 free (23.58), 100 free (51.10) and 100 fly (56.99) at the WAC Championships...
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year varsity swimmer at Lake Stevens High School in Washington… holds two school records in the 200 medley relay and 100 fly... helped lead the Vikings to a Wesco 4A District Championship during her senior season... four-time most valuable swimmer at Lake Stevens... placed at state in all four seasons...
PERSONAL: Daughter of Michelle and Nathan Butler… hobbies include painting, drawing and cooking... plans to pursue a degree in elementary education
