Spring 2011: Simpson went 6-10 in singles play over the season, playing all of her matches at the No. 1 and No. 2 positions. She went 2-3 at No. 1 and 4-7 at No. 2. In doubles, Simpson was a second-team All-WAC selection along with teammate Victoria Lozano, after going 16-7 in the spring and 4-2 in the WAC, all at the No. 1 spot.

Fall 2010: Lauren went 7-4 in singles and 6-3 in doubles...she went undefeated in doubles with Victoria Lozano at the BSU Jack Taylor Classic, defeating the No. 48 doubles team in the nation...she teamed up with Victoria Lozano to advance to the doubles quarterfinals at the ITA Regional Tournament...in singles play, she made it to the round of 64 at the ITA Regional and the round of 16 at the Cougar Classic.

At Troy: Lauren played No. 2 singles for Troy during her freshman season in 2010 and compiled a 12-16 record. She also went 17-8 at the No. 2 doubles spot for Troy.

Junior Tennis: Lauren was ranked as high as 139 in the Australian women's rankings.
