Flores played club soccer for Albion SC San Diego, where she served as team captain. She attended Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego, graduating with a 4.14 GPA while being a member of the French Honor Society and the Ambassador Program. Collegiately, Flores has earned Dean's List recognition every semester, was named to the 2024 All-Tournament Team, and was ranked as the No. 33 freshman in the nation during her redshirt freshman season by TopDrawerSoccer.
