2022 Big Sky Fall All-Academic Team

 2023: Appeared in 79 sets and 25 matches, starting 18 of them… led the team in points (240.5), kills (219), points per set (3.04), and kills per set (2.77)… second most service aces on the team with 16 in total and second most digs with 138… registered 11 blocks… totaled two double-doubles, with 15 kills and 11 digs in the season-opening match against Seattle U (8/25), as well as 14 kills and 12 digs at Utah Tech (9/15)

PRIOR TO IDAHO: Played four years varsity at Kamiakin High School under head coach Morgan Schuable… First Team All-Conference selection in 2021… Compiled 472 kills, 70 aces and posted a .339 hitting percentage during senior year…Helped guide Braves to the Washington state tournament in 2021-22… Mid-Columbia Conference Champions in 2021…Received All-Conference Honorable Mention following sophomore season… IBEW Student-Athlete of the Month  

PERSONAL: Daughter of Natalie and Chuck Vrieling... Has two brothers, Trevyn and Trystan… Trystan plays baseball at Gonzaga University… Favorite sports team is the Dallas Cowboys… Aspires to be a physician's assistant following her volleyball career… Majoring in family medicine
