University of Idaho football players are finding their way onto rosters everywhere.
Rolly Lumbala, a native of Libreville, Gabon, but a graduate of St. Francis High School at Calgary, Alberta, was the ninth player chosen in the Canadian Football League draft. As the first choice of the second round, Lumbala, who played running back and tight end at Idaho, was tabbed by British Columbia.
Lumbala, along with teammate linebacker Brandon Ogletree, already has a tryout with the NFL Miami Dolphins.
Also making his way onto a professional roster is cornerback Stanley Franks, who will try out with the San Diego Chargers.
