STANFORD, Calif. – One final non-conference games lies between the Vandals and the Big Sky, as Idaho (5-5) heads to California to take on Stanford (7-4) on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m.

PREVIEW: Idaho dominated Northwest Nazarene over the weekend, defeating the Crusaders 87-61.  Four different Vandals scored in double-figures, led by Victor Sanders with 18 points.
 
Idaho jumped out to an early lead behind a 23-4 run to start the game.  Northwest Nazarene fought back to cut the deficit, but Idaho held strong and pulled away late for the win.
 
PAC-12: Idaho has shown some success on the road against the Pac-12 under Don Verlin.  Idaho last won on the road against a Pac-12 opponent two years ago at Washington State.  Previously, Idaho won at Oregon State during the 2011-12 season.
 
BIG SKY REGULAR SEASON: Just one game lies between the Vandals and the Big Sky season, a trip to Stanford on December 22.  Last year, Idaho finished in third in the regular season despite a number of injuries that forced key players to miss long stretches.
