About Idaho: The Vandals evened out their conference record with a win at Montana on Thursday. Taylor Pierce led Idaho with 22 points. The Vandals converted 14 3-pointers on the way to the 27-point win.

About the Opponent: Montana State pulled out an 88-83 overtime win over Eastern Washington on Thursday. Peyton Ferris led the way for the Bobcats with 30 points. 

The Match-Up: Idaho has lost six consecutive games to Montana State. The Vandals' last win was a 62-61 contest on Dec. 14, 2001. Last year's meeting was 62-59 in favor of MSU. Jasmine Hommes led all players with 16 points.

Long Wait: Idaho's win at Montana was the first win in Missoula in 32 years. The last time it happened was Feb. 8, 1985. The win was also coach Newlee's first career win at Montana. 

27 Points: The Vandals' 27-point win at Montana was the largest home-deficit for the Lady Griz since Feb. 5, 1981.

Charitable: Idaho is ranked 23rd in the nation with a 76.5 free throw percentage, second in the Big Sky.

Keep away: Idaho's 167 turnovers this season rank 12th fewest in the NCAA. It's 12.8 per game are least in the Big Sky and 13th nationally.
