MOSCOW, Idaho – Idaho and head coach Don Verlin are excited to announce four new signees for Vandal basketball.

"I am really excited about this class of incoming recruits," said head coach Don Verlin.  "This recruiting class, along with the six freshmen that we currently have in the program, will be the foundation of the Vandal basketball program for the next several years.

"I felt like we needed to increase our length and athletic ability on the perimeter, as well as continue to add size on the frontline, and we were able to accomplish that.  We also needed to balance our classes, and the junior college guys help in that regard."

TOMAS DOMINGOS – Lisbon, Portugal – College of Southern Idaho/Elite Prep – 7-0 Center

Domingos will join the Vandals next season as a sophomore, after playing this season with the College of Southern Idaho.  He brings a ton of international experience to the Vandals, after playing with the Portugal youth teams for the past four years.  Domingos also played one season with Elite Prep in Washington, alongside current Vandal Garrett Kingman.

JAHLIL NAILS – Albany, N.Y. – Navarro JC/Central Connecticut State – 6-5 Guard

Nails' basketball journey has taken him across the country, and he'll join Idaho as a junior in 2018.  He began his collegiate career at Central Connecticut State before transferring out and ending up at Navarro Junior College, where he will play this season.

KHADIM SAMB – Marietta, Ga. – Sprayberry High School – 6-7 Forward

Samb joins the Vandals after an impressive high school career with Sprayberry High in Marietta, Georgia.  An athletic 6-7 forward, Samb will be a true freshman upon arrival in Moscow next season.

TANNER CHRISTENSEN – Spokane, Wash. – University High School – 6-9 Forward

Christensen rounds out the class and will join the Vandals in 2020 after going on his LDS mission immediately after graduating high school in the spring.  A straight-A student, Christensen has a high basketball IQ and will contribute immediately upon his arrival in Moscow.
