SEATTLE, Wash. – A handful of Vandals got competition going at the Husky Classic in Seattle, while the remainder of the squad will get started in the UW Indoor Open on Sunday.
Ben Doucette qualified for the semifinals in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.17 seconds. He would go on to finish eighth overall in the finals.
Kara Story set a personal best in the 3000-meters at 9:49.34, moving into fourth in the Big Sky Conference this year.
