MOSCOW, Idaho—The 2017 spring volleyball season is right around the corner. Idaho will open the first of four spring dates this Saturday, Mar. 25, at Gonzaga.

The Vandals are scheduled for three matches on Saturday, starting at 3 p.m. PT. Idaho will open against Gonzaga, before going up against a Gonzaga alumni team and Washington State.

The Vandals will host two sessions this spring, the first on April 15. The team will return to Gonzaga on April 22, before closing the spring with the Vandal Athlete Reunion on April 29.  

Idaho, coming off its second straight Big Sky Tournament appearance, returns 11 players with playing experience for the 2017 season.

Key returners for Idaho in 2017 include senior Torrin Crawford, juniors Haylee Mathis and Sarah Sharp and sophomore Megan Ramseyer. The team will have just two seniors in Crawford and Klaree Hobart, boasting nine underclassmen.
