MOSCOW, Idaho— Idaho women's volleyball returns to Memorial Gym this week, hosting Eastern Washington.

LAST WEEK: The Vandals (12-8, 6-2) beat Montana State, 3-1, in a thrilling four-set match before sweeping Montana 3-0 on the road in Big Sky action.
 
BIG SKY EXPECTATIONS: The Vandals were picked by the conference's coaches to win the Big Sky, taking nine first place votes in the annual poll. 
 
EASTERN WASHINGTON: Idaho faces EWU Tuesday, Oct 16, at 7 p.m. PDT, at Memorial Gym. Eastern Washington is 8-12 overall and 0-8 in Big Sky Conference play. They lost on the road to Montana in four sets and Montana State in five this past week. EWU was picked to finish eleventh in the preseason coaches' poll after going 7-18, 4-12 a season ago.
