MOSCOW, Idaho— Idaho women's volleyball (15-8, 9-2) continues the second half of conference this week as it hosts Weber State University (13-7, 8-3) at 7 p.m. on Saturday in Memorial Gym.

LAST MATCH: The Vandals came out strong on Thursday night, sweeping the Bengals (25-10, 25-18, 25-16). On the night, Haylee Mathis Surpassed 2,500 career assists, while Sarah Sharp (.519) and DeVonne Ryter (.729) had zero. The win against the Bengals helped the Vandals breakaway in the Big Sky standing, taking the No. 1 spot.

LATEST RPI:  Steadily climbing the polls, Idaho comes in at No. 153 in the latest RPI of the 2018 season. Weber State checks in at 143 just above the Vandals.

BIG SKY EXPECTATIONS: The Vandals were picked by the conference's coaches to win the Big Sky, taking nine first-place votes in the annual poll.

LOOK AT THE STATS: As Idaho sits alone atop of the league standings, the Vandals are currently on a seven-match win streak this season. Totaling 3047 attacks on the season, Idaho averages 13.30 kills per set while hitting .257 on the season. Defensively, the Vandals average 15.13 digs per set and 2.69 blocks per set. Idaho also leads the Big Sky in hitting parentage and blocks while checking in No. 2 for opponent hitting percentage, kills and assist.

WEBER STATE: Idaho faces Weber State on Saturday, Oct 27, at 7 p.m., in Memorial Gym. After a win against Eastern Washington on Thursday night, the Wildcats charted another victory to their record which they are now 13-7 on the season and 8-3 in Big Sky action.
