LUBBOCK, Texas—Idaho women's basketball remains on the road to face the Lady Raiders of Texas Tech Saturday, Nov 17 at 1:00 p.m. Pacific at the United Supermarkets Arena.
Saturday's game will be televised on Fox Sports Southwest Plus; this is the first broadcasted game of the season for the Vandals. Links to live stats can be found at the top of this article or on the women's basketball schedule page.

Saturday's matchup marks the third time Idaho has faced Texas Tech as the Lady Raiders lead the series, 2-0. The last time the two met was Dec. 9, 2015, when Texas Tech bested Idaho, 75-56. Idaho is now 1-1 on the season after a lost versus nationally ranked, Stanford. Idaho's first win on the season was against Big West preseason favorites, CSUN, 88-73.
Freshmen
Gina Marxen led the way for Idaho through two games with an average of 14 points per game, as she shot .563 from the floor and .778 from 3-point range.
Taylor Pierce (14.0 ppg),
Mikayla Ferenz (14.0 ppg), and
Janie King (13.0 ppg) also averaged double digits through the first week.
