MOSCOW, Idaho - Idaho football rounded out its class from the early signing period with the addition of Kevin McGuire, head coach
Paul Petrino announced Friday. McGuire is a wide receiver from Los Angeles and Culver City High School. He is Idaho's highest-rated signee since 2010, according to 247Sports' composite ratings. The same outlet ranks Idaho's 2019 class second among all FCS schools and first in the Big Sky at the end of the early signing period.
