SPOKANE—The 2017 Co-Big Sky North Division champion Idaho Vandals get back on the court for the first time on Saturday. The team will open the spring season, playing three matches at Gonzaga.
The Vandals will open the tournament at 1 p.m., against Alaska-Anchorage. They will continue against St. Martin's (2 p.m.) and close with Gonzaga (3 p.m.).
Idaho will have an experienced group of players set to lead the Vandals in 2018. The upcoming season will be the senior campaigns for six Vandals.

Reece Carman,
Kaela Straw,
Alycia Wodke,
DeVonne Ryter and
Sarah Sharp will all look to help lead Vandals back to the conference postseason for the 14th consecutive season. In all, the Vandals have a total of eight letterwinners, three redshirts and five incoming freshmen.
