MOSOCW, Idaho – Today is Vandal Giving Day.  The annual, university-wide fundraising event brings the entire Vandal community together, from faculty and staff to alumni and friends, in support of this great institution.
 
The time to act is now.  Now, more than ever, we need your help to support these incredible student-athletes as they make their dreams a reality.  We could not function at the championship-level that we do without the generous contributions from Vandal boosters like you.
 
In addition to your gifts, the Vandal Scholarship Fund National Board, past presidents and former student-athletes have pledged to match the first $20,000 donated to the VSF today. 
 
This year, Vandal Giving Day will extend a bit past the normal 24 hours.  Starting at noon today, Giving Day will last for 1,889 minutes, in recognition of the University's founding year.  Gifts of all sizes go a long way in helping us reach our goals.
 
All funds donated to the Vandal Scholarship Fund will go toward supporting more than 300 student-athletes at the University of Idaho.
