DENVER - Idaho women's swimming and diving garnered 20 Western Athletic Conference Winter Academic All-Conference awards, the league announced Wednesday. The Vandals' 16 honorees led all WAC swimming and diving programs. It is the second consecutive year Idaho led the league in all-academic recipients.

Eight of Idaho's 10 all-conference performers at the WAC Championships were also named all-league in the classroom.

To be eligible, all student-athletes must have completed at least one academic year at their institution. Freshmen and first-year transfers will be considered for Academic All-WAC distinction following the spring semester.
