FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – Idaho dive wrapped up its first competition of the season at the Lumberjack Diving Invite over the weekend..
Competition was fierce, with three other Big Sky schools and three Pac-12 institutions competing.
Freshman
Emily Mack led the way for Idaho in the 3-meter dive. She took ninth overall with a final score of 240.90. She then led the Vandals again on Saturday, in the platform dive competition, with 155.40 points. Mack closed out the competition by finishing 17th in the 1-meter dive with 209.90 points in the final.
Hailey Faith led the Vandals in the 1-meter dive on Sunday. She scored 213.95 points to take 15th. She finished third among Vandals in the 3-meter dive with 179.55 points on Friday and the platform dive with 136.10 points on Saturday.
Allison Shimp placed 10th overall in the platform dive on Saturday with a score of 144.25 points in the final. She placed 12th in Friday's 3-meter dive with 215.50 points and scored 189.50 points in the 1-meter dive on Sunday.
