MOSCOW, Idaho – University of Idaho men's golf has added graduate transfer Sean Mullan to the roster ahead of the 2020-21 season. Mullan most recently competed at Southern Illinois.

David Nuhn. "I believe his experience and his pervious successes on the course both at Eastern Arizona and Southern Illinois will be very valuable to our team. I look forward to Sean's contributions to Vandal success."
Mullan joined the Salukis ahead of the 2018-19 season and made an immediate impact. He competed in 12 tournaments over his two seasons, posting a career-best score of 211 over 54 holes at the 2019 Racer Invitational. Mullan shot a season-best score of 68 in the first round of the 2019 Ka'anapali Classic. He continued to improve during his career, lowering his average by more than a full stroke over two seasons.
Originally from Englefield Green, England, Mullan began his collegiate career at Eastern Arizona. There, he was well decorated, ultimately earning NJCAA All-America First Team and Arizona Community College Athletic Conference Player of the Year honors in 2018. Mullan twice earned NJCAA All-District and All-Conference First Team honors.
He enjoyed a breakout season as a sophomore. Mullan improved his average by nearly two strokes as a sophomore and went on to win three tournaments, including the Region I Championship.
