MOSCOW, Idaho – The 31^st Annual Vandal Scholarship Fund Gala is just over two weeks away, and will take place at 6 p.m. PST on Friday, Jan. 29. The Vandal faithful is encouraged to register for free today to earn exclusive early access to the online auction.
 
"Engaging our constituents, raising funds and increasing the profile of our beloved University has been the goal for the previous 30 Galas," said Mahmood Sheikh, Associate Athletic Director for Development/VSF Executive Director. "This year, that spirit remains, but we must pivot to a virtual format due to circumstances. However, all dollars raised will be directly invested into the University of Idaho and the Moscow community through tuition & fees, room & board and books just like in the past. The Gala will be a chance to continue in our efforts to transform the lives of more than 300 student-athletes and ensure they have the tools and resources to be successful today, tomorrow, for life."
 
The Gala will feature a number of distinguished guests, including University of Idaho President, Scott Green and Director of Athletics, Terry Gawlik. Three-time Super Bowl Champion and Fox Sports analyst Mark Schlereth will also be in attendance, with the new voice of the Vandals, Chris King, serving as the host of the evening.
 
A live auction as well as a silent auction will accompany the festivities. Vandals can register through the link provided above. While registering, do not forget to pick up some raffle tickets for an Idaho Football helmet, signed by Schlereth.
