FINAL RESULTS | PRELIM RESULTS

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – Four Vandals took to the 3-meter diving competition at the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Diving Championships on Thursday.
 
Idaho remains in sixth in the standings with 355 points. Cal Baptist is just ahead in fifth, while Northern Arizona is beginning to pull away from the pack in first.
 
Emily Mack earned a spot in the final of the 3-meter dive. She was seventh overall through six dives with a score of 246.25. Mack went on to finish seventh in the final, later on Thursday night, with 223.90 points.
 
Allison Shimp and Hailey Faith each moved on to the consolation final. Shimp placed fourth, for 11^th overall, to improve on her preliminary standing, with 229.00 points, and Faith took 13^th with 209.60 points in the final.
 
Irelyne McGee placed 17^th in the prelims after scoring 172.95 points.
 
Next up is the 1-meter competition, beginning at 9:30 a.m. PT on Friday.
