EL MACERO, Calif. – The University of Idaho men's golf team finished off their four-tournament stretch at the El Macero Classic on Saturday, April 10 – 12. This three-day event will be played on the El Macero Country Club with one round to be played each day.

THE COURSE – The El Macero Country Club features a 7,110 – yard golf course that will be played as a par-72.

THE FIELD – This 15-team tournament will feature Idaho, the hosts UC Davis, Cal Poly, Fresno State, CSU – Fullerton, Long Beach State, Loyola Marymount, Nevada, Pacific, Sacramento State, St. Mary's, San Francisco, Santa Clara, UT-Rio Grande Valley, and Washington State.

THE LINEUP - Traveling for the Vandals will be graduate student
Sean Mullan, juniors
Colt Sherrell,
Jack Plaster, and
Joel Veenstra, and freshman
Jose Suryadinata.

COACH NUHN ON THE TOURNAMENT – "Very excited to be ack at El Macero hosted by UC Davis. A great test of golf tee to green and also around the greens. Going to take proper planning followed by solid execution to perform well amongst some really good teams this week."

LAST TIME ON THE GREEN – Last time on the course for the Vandals, the team finished in a tie for 18
th place after a strong finish in their final round. As a team, the Vandals carded a 2-under, 286 to close out the Cowboy Classic in the final 18 holes. Individually, freshman
Jose Suryadinata lead the Vandals with an even, 216 on the tournament.
