MOSCOW, Idaho – Idaho women's golf is back in action Sunday Oct. 22 through Tuesday Oct. 24 at the Clash at Boulder Creek hosted by Northern Arizona at the Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada.
 
The Vandals are coming off its first team tournament title since 2018 after winning the Eagle Invitational in Spokane last week. Yvonne Vinceri earned Big Sky Golfer of the Week honors after capturing her first-career individual title.
 
The Vandals travel to Boulder Creek where they finished eighth a season ago and will face a tough field for the three-day tournament, including schools from the Mountain West, Big Sky, Big West, WAV and Missouri Valley Conferences.
 
Idaho hopes to build off last season's third round at the Clash when the Vandals went four-under 284, tied for the eighth-best round in tournament history. Vinceri has an outstanding tournament, finishing fifth and her first-round score of 68, is also in the top-10 in tournament history.
 
Vinceri will golf in the No. 1 spot for the Vandals while freshmen Emma Kang and Zoe Newell will compete in the No. 2 and No. 3 spots for Idaho. Boram Jung will golf at the No. 4 spot and Jenna Bruggeman rounds out the lineup in the fifth spot.
 
The course will play at par 72 for 6,334 yards and the tournament will be 18 holes each day, starting with an 11:30 a.m. shotgun start on Sunday. This is the final tournament of the fall season for the Vandals.
