MOSCOW, Idaho - The Idaho Cross Country teams continue their postseason action traveling to the 2023 NCAA Division I West Regional this Friday, Nov. 10th, hosted by Sacramento State.

Both Vandal squads come off of a week's rest after the Big Sky Championships in Missoula, Montana. The men and the women earned fourth place finishes out of the 10 team slates. Nationally ranked No. 1 Northern Arizona swept both races.
