MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho Vandal women's basketball team fell to UC Davis 65-58 Wednesday at the ICCU Arena in Moscow.
 
Idaho led by as much as 14 points in the game but shot just 31.3 percent from the field and was outrebounded for the first time this season.
 
Olivia Nelson led the Vandals with 20 points, her second 20-point game in as many games, while Jennifer Aadland had her second consecutive double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds.
 
The Vandals led 26-20 at halftime and started the second with a 10-2 run, before the Aggies closed the third on a 16-1 run taking a 44-40 lead into the fourth. UC Davis was able to keep its distance for the remainder of the game and close out the seven-point win.
 
The loss was the first at home for the Vandals and ended a seven-game win streak. Idaho is back in action Saturday on the road at Cal State Northridge at 2 p.m., the game will be broadcast on ESPN+.
