MOSCOW, Idaho – In Saturday's showdown with the team across the river, the Idaho Men's Tennis team rose victorious, defeating Lewis-Clark State 6-1.
Moving into singles play, the Brave and Bold kept the momentum rolling as they took five of the six matches. Amadike secured his win in the number one spot, taking down LCSC's Pablo Herrera Serna 7-5 and then shutting him down 6-0. This marked the senior from Calgary's second home win of the season.
On court number three, Mikolaj Lis also sealed his second consecutive home win. Lis brought down his opponent 6-2, 6-2.
Valentine Glasl closed the final match of the day for the Vandals in two sets, 6-3, 6-4. This win on court six finished the day with a final score favoring the hosts 6-1.
