2013 Cross Country: In his first season as a Vandal Day placed 25th at the Clash of the Inland Northwest over the 6K course with a time of 19:37...took 22nd at the WAC Championships with a time of 26:40.3 over the 8K course...placed 47th at the Sundodger Invitational over the 8K course with a time of 25:18.59...finished 85th at the Dellinger Invite with a time of 26:38 over the 8K course.

Personal: Son of Mike and Ellen Day… has two brothers; Kieran and Owen and one sister; Natalie… he was a four-year honor roll student at Holy Trinity Catholic High School.
