Eligibility
As a student-athlete, you must maintain your academic eligibility. An overview of Academic Eligibility Requirements can be found
here. If you have any questions or concerns about your academic eligibility please reach out to your Academic Coordinator. All of the following actions can impact your academic eligibility and must be approved by your Academic Coordinator:
- Adjusting your class schedule
- Adding or dropping courses
- Withdrawing from courses
- Changing your major or adding/dropping a minor
Tutoring
Any student-athlete who would like to utilize the tutorial services should contact their respective Academic Coordinator. Tutoring sessions will take place in the Academic Center on the second floor of the Kibbie Dome. Sessions can be scheduled ahead of time on a recurring schedule or can be attended on a drop-in basis. The drop-in tutoring schedule is posted in the Academic Center and any student-athlete is able to attend these sessions.

Advising
Each student-athlete will be required to meet with their Academic Coordinator each semester for schedule advising. Student-Athlete Support Services Staff will work closely with your designated Major Advisor to ensure you maintain progress towards your desired degree. Your Academic Coordinator can assist you in the following areas:
- Class registration and schedule adjustments
- Changing your major or declaring a minor
- Dropping or withdrawing from classes
*All student-athletes must work with their Academic Coordinator when changing their major or adjusting their class schedule as it can have eligibility implications*
