INTRODUCTION
Coach Tracy Hellman and the Idaho Vandals are excited to welcome you to this year's summer camp.  Campers will receive instruction from our athletes and coaching staff, daily workouts on campus and at local parks and trails, the chance to learn training and recovery tips, and a camp t-shirt!  We look forward to seeing you this summer at camp, Go Vandals!

All campers must have Health Insurance. Campers will not be allowed to participate in camp if they do not provide proof of insurance. Included below is the link to download the required waiver form to participate in all camps. Please return a completed waiver form to Tracy Hellman at thellman@uidaho.edu. More information is available at the bottom of this page.

2026 CROSS COUNTRY CAMP

JULY 19-22

Commuter - $499
We are offering a day camp program for those who do not wish to stay overnight. This option includes all instruction and daytime activities. Campers should arrive each day ready to train. Meals are not included with this option and campers are expected to bring their own lunch. 

Day camp runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. 


Residential - $699
The overnight program includes instruction, fun games and competitions for prizes, overnight accommodation, all meals, fun evening activities, and more. Campers will stay on the University of Idaho campus with other participants and camp staff. Overnight campers should bring linens (Twin XL) or a sleeping bag, pillow, pillowcase, and a towel. Breakfast (days 2-4), lunch, and dinner (days 1-3) are provided for overnight campers.

THINGS TO KNOW

Campers should bring running shoes, training clothes, a water bottle, spending cash, and whatever else they need for four days at camp.

All ability levels are welcome, but summer training prior to attending the camp is strongly suggested. Participants should expect to run 4-6 miles per day at camp.

Teams that bring five or more athletes will get 10% off the registration fee!

Should you not be able to participate in camp because of serious injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, all refunds will be honored if requested TWO WEEKS prior to the start of each camp. Later notice will require a doctor's release from camp due to medical reasoning.
