HIGH SCHOOL: Rhyne enrolled early at Idaho in January 2025...  was a top 25 linebacker in the class of 2025 by Rivals... Earned three-star rating from Rivals and 247Sports... Had offers from over two dozen FBS and FCS schools... Tallied 6.o TFLs and notched 54 tackles his senior year in nine games... Averaged 8.7 tackles per game his junior year in 2023... Tallied 13 TFL his junior year... Named the most violent player  in South Florida by The Crib South Florida.
