Biography

RS JUNIOR (2018): Played in nine games, making one start...recorded 12 tackles, three pass breakups and recovered a fumble...started against North Dakota (Nov. 3)...missed final two games due to injury.

RS SOPHOMORE (2017): Played in all 12 games, starting nine...recorded 40 tackles, including four for loss...tallied one interception, coming against Appalachian State (Oct. 14).

RS FRESHMAN (2016): Saw action in 10 games and had his lone tackle in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.

FRESHMAN (2015): Redshirted

High School: A 2015 graduate of Pleasant Grove HS in Elk Grove, Calif…as a wide receiver, he caught 27 passes for 550 yards and six touchdowns during his senior season…biggest game came against Nevada Union where he had seven receptions for 242 yards and three touchdowns…had a 95-yard touchdown catch against the Miners…had two TDs and 104 yards against Monterey Trail…defensively, he had 61 tackles as a safety…recorded a season high nine stops against Jesuit…also had a sack against the Marauders…returned kicks and punts during the season…had a 98-yard kickoff return against Jesuit for his season best. 

Personal: Son of Dicana Mitchell and Tavis Thomas...majoring in general studies.
