University of Idaho Athletics

High School: Swanson was a successful athlete at Camas, earning many accolades. In his senior season, he was the team captain, All-League Offensive MVP, and First Team All-League at DB. Between his final two seasons, he was two-time Camas HS MVP and All-Region WR. In his junior season, he earned First-Team All-League at WR and Second-Team All-League at DB. He amassed 2,000+ career yards with 19 TDs, five picks, and 100+ tackles. His team made state playoff appearances three years in a row (sophomore through senior). He also earned his stripes in the classroom, being named to the Academic All-League in his senior and junior years.
 
Personal: Swanson hopes to study either Civil Engineering or Math Education at Idaho. He is the son of Will, his wife Angie, and his mom, Laurie with two sisters, Eden (15) and Evelyn (12).
