2015-16: Recorded a 24-10 overall record…was 15-6 in dual play…finished 8-3 in Big Sky singles…played to a 12-10 doubles record in the spring…played all but one doubles match in the No. 1 position.

2014-15: Finished 16-20 in his first year at Idaho...played at singles positions 2, 3, 4 and 5...fell in the finals of the Dar Walters Boise State Fall Classic to teammate Cristobal Ramos Salazar (4-6, 6-3, 6-7(4)...won at the No. 5 position in the Big Sky Championship match against Northern Arizona (6-4, 6-0)...15-11 in doubles...teamed with Ramos Salazar for a 14-10 record in No. 1 doubles.

Prairie View A&M: Varney swept both Southwestern Athletic Conference Freshman and Player of the Year honors for 2013...playing at No. 1, Varney was unbeaten in the two SWAC round-ups, compiling a 5-0 record...he was also 1-1 in No. 1 doubles and 1-0 in No. 3 doubles.

Personal: Jackson B. Varney was born on March 29, 1993 in East Melbourne, Australia... Son of Davial and Christine Varney... has four siblings, Anna, Karleen,  Angus and Emmerson Leigh.
