Erin O'Bryan joins the Idaho women's basketball program as an assistant coach, bringing extensive coaching and playing experience to Moscow.

O'Bryan joins the Vandals after serving as the head coach at Desert Vista High School in Phoenix, Arizona, from 2023-26. During her three seasons with the Thunder, O'Bryan led the program to a 48-38 overall record, including an appearance in the Open Division championship game and a semifinal appearance.

Prior to Desert Vista, O'Bryan spent five seasons as the head coach at Desert Ridge High School. Her coaching career in Arizona followed a decorated playing career in the state, where she was named the 2003 Gatorade Arizona Player of the Year and led Gilbert Highland High School to an undefeated season and a 5A state championship.

O'Bryan went on to play collegiately at UC Santa Barbara before finishing her collegiate career at the University of Arizona in 2007.

O'Bryan brings a wealth of experience developing players and building successful programs at the high school level and joins Idaho as the Vandals continue to build on their 2025-26 Big Sky Conference championship season.
