2012-13: A former standout on the Idaho volleyball team, Chow joined Vandal basketball in December, 2012…played in five games for a total of eight minutes…went 0-for-5 from the field for the season including 0-for-4 from 3-point range…had two steals and one rebound on the year…earned WAC all-tournament team honors as a member of the Idaho volleyball team in 2012.

At Mercer Island High School: Helped the basketball team win the 2009 KingCo Championship and an eighth-place finish at state...2009 first-team All-KingCo selection in basketball... also competed in volleyball, track and field and tennis...was a first team all-state and all-area selection in volleyball in 2008... selected as the 2008 Volleyball KingCo League Co-MVP... earned first team all-KingCo from 2006-2008 in volleyball... helped her volleyball team to a fourth-place finish at state in 2008 and an eighth-place finish in 2006... voted the Mercer Island Volleyball MVP from 2006-2008.

Personal: Full name is Janelle Lindsay Chow...born July 16, 1991 at Toronto, Ontario, Canada...daughter of Ron and Sandra Chow...has one brother, Jeremy...major is Athletic Training.
