Mikulecky started at Idaho in August of 2022. He serves as the associate strength and conditioning coach for men's and women's basketball, men's and women's tennis, and men's and women's golf.
Prior to Idaho, Mikulecky served as an assistsant strength and conditioning coach at Colorado State University from 2018-2022. At CSU, he worked with basketball, tennis and golf.Â
Before spending time at CSU, Mikulecky had his first assistant position at California State University Bakersfield from 2015-18 where he worked mainly with basketball as well as the other sports.
In 2015, Mikulecky interned with the University of Iowa football team for a season.
Mikulecky graduated from University of Wisconsin Whitewater in 2015 with a Masters in Health and Human Performance and an undergrad degree in physical education.
Outside of work, Mikulecky has been competing in powelifting in the USAPL since 2005. He hails from Racine, Wisconsin.
