MOSCOW, Idaho – The Vandals return home for their final two contests in Cowan Spectrum, as Idaho (10-10, 5-4 BSC) takes on Portland State (11-8, 4-4 BSC) at 7 p.m. on Thursday night.

PREVIEW: Idaho earned the split in Montana last weekend after taking down the Grizzlies in overtime, 85-77. Idaho trailed for much of the contest, but responded in the second half to fight its way back and force the overtime frame. The Vandals were dominant in the extra period, jumping out to an early lead and coasting to the win.
LAST MEETING: The teams met twice last year, with Idaho winning both meetings.
Nate Sherwood stole the show in the first meeting, scoring 15 points and grabbing eight boards.
Perrion Callandret returned for the rematch, leading the Vandals with 19 points on just 10 field goal attempts.
FEED THE BIGS: The Vandal frontcourt has been a key focal point over Idaho's most recent 4-1 stretch in Big Sky play.
Brayon Blake,
Nate Sherwood and
Arkadiy Mkrtychyan have all seen their scoring totals go up during that stretch, while the group's rebound production has also seen a bump.
