PORTLAND, Ore. – Idaho hits the road for a rematch with Portland State.  Tipoff from Lewis and Clark College is set for 8 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT: The Vandals stomped North Dakota, 96-71.  The Fighting Hawks took a 16-point lead in the opening half, but the Vandals responded by kicking up the defensive intensity.  The defense led to offense, with Idaho scoring the most points in a conference game since the 1998-99 season.
 
LAST TIME VS: Idaho fell to Portland State in the last meeting, 73-72.  The score went back-and-forth most of the night, with Idaho holding a slim lead in the closing minutes, but the Vandals couldn't hold on as the Vikings were able to get a tip-in in the final second to steal the win.
 
RECORD CHASING: Sanders moved into second all-time on the Idaho scoring list, passing fellow Jefferson High grad Stephen Madison on Saturday night.  Sanders currently has 1,635 career points, trailing only Orlando Lightfoot at 2,102.
 
DOG DAYS OF FEBRUARY: Idaho has been impressive in February and March since rejoining the Big Sky nearly four years ago.  Over that span, the Vandals are 19-9 in conference games played on or after February 1, including an unblemished 13-0 mark at home.  Idaho is 19-16 in BSC games played before February 1.
