MOSCOW, Idaho – The Vandal men (0-2) are back at home on Sunday for a matinee showdown with Bethesda (0-4).  Tipoff from Memorial Gym is set for 2 p.m.

VANDAL HOLIDAY HOOPS SHOWCASE: Sunday's game kick starts the Showcase, while the featured events will take place in Boise next weekend.  The Vandals will take on Northwest Nazarene on Friday night and UC Santa Barbara on Saturday at CenturyLink Arena.  Tickets are on sale now at CenturyLinkArenaBoise.com.
 
TYSON TAKES OVER: Cameron Tyson has been incredible for the Vandals in his first two games, averaging 19.5 points per contest while shooting 61 percent from beyond the arc.  He has 11 3's on the season, becoming just the 12^th freshman in team history to hit at least 10 3's.
 
Tyson's individual game performances have been equally impressive.  He started by scoring 14 in his first collegiate half, and followed that up by draining six 3's in the final seven minutes of action on Tuesday night.  His six 3's were the second most ever by a freshman in a game at Idaho, behind Jake Straughan's seven against New Hope during the 2015-16 season.
 
GEM STATE STAND: Idaho will play five straight games in the Gem State.  The stretch started with a close loss to Nicholls State on Tuesday night and continues with Bethesda on Sunday in the first game of the Vandal Holiday Hoops Showcase, before packing up for two games in Boise later in the week.  The Gem State Stand ends on Tuesday, Nov. 27, against West Coast Baptist.
