OGDEN, Utah – The road warriors are back at it again, as Idaho volleyball (8-6, 2-0) heads out to take on Weber State (6-5, 1-1) to take on the Wildcats at 6 p.m. (Pacific) on Thursday in Swenson Gym.

LAST MATCH: The Vandals dominated Northern Colorado to move to 2-0 in Big Sky play.
DeVonne Ryter was unblockable, finishing with nine kills on just 12 attempts.
Sarah Sharp added 12 kills, while
Haylee Mathis recorded 33 assists.
STRONG START: Idaho has started strong, winning its first two matches in Big Sky play, both in sweeps. Idaho hasn't begun a conference season 3-0 since the 1995 season, when the Vandals went on to go 13-1 to win the Big Sky and eventually reach the NCAA Tournament. This was just the third time
Debbie Buchanan and the Vandals have begun 2-0, having also done so in 2000 and 2017. Idaho had never opened a conference season with back-to-back road sweeps prior to this year.
ROAD WARRIORS: Idaho is the lone team in the Big Sky to start the conference schedule with four consecutive road contests. Idaho is currently 2-0 during the stretch, with back-to-back three-set sweeps.
BIG SKY EXPECTATIONS: The Vandals were picked by the conference's coaches to win the Big Sky, taking nine first place votes in the annual poll.
MATCHUP: Weber State enters the matchup 6-5 on the year and 1-1 in conference play. Idaho won the lone meeting last season, 3-1.
