LAST TIME OUT: Idaho suffered its first Big Sky loss of the season, 3-0 at Northern Colorado.  The Bears jumped on the Vandals early and kept the pressure up all night.

MATCHUP: Idaho is 7-8-0 all-time against Montana, including a 1-4-0 mark in Missoula.  Last season, Montana took down Idaho, 1-0, in overtime in the Kibbie Dome.

The last meeting in Missoula did go Idaho's way.  The Vandals won, 4-1, to start the Big Sky portion of the 2016 season.

FAMILIAR TERRITORY: Idaho has already played two games in Missoula this year, when the Vandals competed in the Montana Invitational in the third week of the season.  The Vandals earned the split, with a pair of 1-0 decisions.  The first came in the form of a loss to former conference foe North Dakota.  The Vandals bounced back to win the Sunday matchup, 1-0 against Vermont.

PLAYERS OF THE WEEK: Idaho opened up Big Sky play with a pair of wins and took home a pair of Player of the Week awards.  Daley won the Offensive Player of the Week award for the Big Sky after recording the first hat trick of the season in the league.  It is the second hat trick of her career (Weber State, 2017) and the second time she has been recognized by the Big Sky as OPOTW.  Makayla Presgrave was named the Defensive Player of the Week after leading Idaho to two shutout wins at home.  It is Presgrave's first such recognition.
