HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. – Idaho men's golf continued play at the Ron Moore Invitational at the Highlands Ranch Golf Club on Saturday, with Jackson Jacob shooting up the leaderboard.
 
Idaho fell to eighth in the team standings after shooting a combined 593 over two days.  Denver leads the tournament at 7-under 561.
 
Jacob tied for the third lowest score of the second round, shooting a 3-under 68.  He jumped 22 places on the leaderboard and now sits in a tie for 15^th at 1-over after two rounds.
 
Colt Sherrell matched his opening round score of 73 and will enter the final round in a tie for 24^th.  Joel Veenstra slipped to a tie for 39^th after shooting a 6-over 77 and Joseph Glenn dropped to a tie for 42^nd at 11-over on the weekend.
 
Competition concludes on Sunday.
