INDIAN WELLS, Calif.— Idaho men's tennis ended BNP Paribas Open Collegiate Tournament play on Sunday with a 4-0 loss in the final consolation round to Cornell University.
Cornell won two of the three doubles matches and led at doubles No. 3 before claiming the edge heading into the singles round. The pairing of Carlos Longhi Neto and
Lucas Coutinho fell 6-2 at No. 1 to Big Red. Cornell then took down Valentin Popescu and Esteban Santibanez 6-1 on court 2.
With three unfinished courts, Cornell went on to claim three singles matches to secure the match, 4-0.
