Farmington, Utah – Following an outstanding performance with a game-winning goal against St. Thomas last week,
Savannah Foster has been named the Big Sky Conference Player of the Week.
Foster, the senior midfielder from Port Orchard, Washington, scored her second goal of the game in the 108
th minute, pushing the Vandals to a 3-2 victory in double overtime.
Foster has played a total of 601 minutes this season, tallied six shots on goal, and has racked up three goals.
The Vandals are 6-1-1 for the 2021-2022 season and are now moving on to conference play.
Friday's match will kick off at 6 p.m. against Weber State in Ogden, Utah.
